    We match lenders with borrowers who meet their lending requirements, including:

    Earnest Money Deposits (EMD)
    Proof of Funds (POF)
    Proof of Liquidity
    Fix-and-Flip Loan Candidates
    DSCR Loan Candidates
    Other financing-ready borrowers aligned with their lending box

    Just like we source deals for buyers, we also source lending opportunities for our capital partners.

    How We Get Paid

    For each deal where a lender deploys capital through our referral:

    2%–3% of the Total Loan Amount

    This creates a win-win structure where lenders gain qualified borrowers, and we are compensated for bringing them consistent, high-quality opportunities.
